O.P. Anderson Aquavit Omnipollo Stout Limited Edition is a collaboration between the innovative Swedish brewery Omnipollo®️ and O.P. Anderson Aquavit. The product was made in close collaboration between Aquavit Master Blender Jonas Odland and Omnipollo®️. Behind Omnipollo®️ are brewer Henok Fentie and artist Karl Grandin, who have made a name for themselves through experimental and innovative beers.

Anderson Aquavit Omnipollo Stout, we have taken advantage of the aromatic character of the full-bodied beer by distilling on pot-stills. We then mixed the beer distillate with our O.P. Anderson Original Aquavit, which has been in American Bourbon barrels for several years. This makes the traditional aquavit spices, caraway, anise, and fennel, milder and at the same time, the aromatic essences are extracted from the whiskey-infused oak. The result is amazing and better than anything we could ever dream of.
